Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, you must send a refund request to our email admin@sailorinsight.com.
As we are not selling any physical product there is no need for return back. To complete your refund it will take 7 working days after the refund process is initiated.
while requesting for refund please send the order receipt and use the same email address for the refund request that was used during the order purchase.
Refunds
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
